The RESERVOIR clinical trial tests an oral antiviral investigational drug to see if it can clear COVID-19 from your gut.

How You May Participate
Participating in a clinical trial is a meaningful and personal choice.
You may be eligible for the RESERVOIR study if you:
- have COVID-19
- are relatively healthy
* Participants will be admitted to the study regardless of vaccination status or monoclonal antibody treatment.

*You may withdraw from the study at any time. Participants who discontinue study treatment early will be followed through the end of the study.
*You will be reimbursed for any travel expenses related to the study, where authorized.
WHAT TO EXPECT
If you choose to participate and sign the informed consent, you will be asked health related questions to see if you are eligible for enrollment into the study. The RESERVOIR study is conducted via in person visits over a 6 week period and 2 phone follow up visits. During the first 6 weeks you will be asked to record daily self-assessments on an online portal, including questions about bowel movements and daily study drug dosing.
LENGTH OF PARTICIPATION: 2 weeks of study treatment plus 4 weeks of follow up and phone calls at 4 and 6 months
NUMBER OF STUDY VISITS: Up to 9 visits. The visits could be in person or at home.
SELF ASSESSMENT: 3-5 minutes, Daily for 6 weeks
